Humble Beginnings

It all began in 2010 when lifelong friends, Craig Doyle and Andrew Mortlock, decided to turn their shared passion for fire safety into a reality. With a Ute and a dream, they laid the foundation for what would become All Fired Up. For nearly two decades, their dedication and vision transformed this dream into an award-winning, multi-million-dollar venture. In June 2022, after a remarkable 45-year career in the fire industry, Andrew Mortlock decided to hang up his boots. While his expertise and presence are dearly missed, the legacy he helped create lives on.
Now, Craig Doyle, as the sole owner and operator, carries forward the torch with renewed vigor and excitement for the future. Craig's vision for All Fired Up is clear: to be the most trustworthy and reliable, to uphold our independence and ensure we remain a locally-owned gem in the Central Coast. We take pride in our autonomy, steering clear of affiliations with national or multinational fire protection conglomerates. Our focus remains on collaborating with suppliers to offer top-notch products at competitive prices for our valued clientele. Craig Doyle

Managing Director, Founding Partner, Owner

Craig’s background is in management and business development, His experience has a broad scope, working with huge multinational companies, to small business.
Craig has an appreciation of the critical value of customer service. He is an experienced manager holding management roles both here and overseas.

Craig holds a Degree in Economics, with majors in Economics and Geo-planning and a sub-major in Business. With an extensive grounding in the building industry, Craig has combined his knowledge of management and auxiliary building services including fire protection to ensure All Fired Up’s clients’ needs are met in an efficient and cost-effective way.

In addition to his business acumen, Craig has extensive experience in local government, serving as an elected Councilor on Gosford City Council for over 18 years, incorporating 9 years as Deputy Mayor, retiring in 2016. Craig is a long time Justice of the Peace. He is passionate about his support of the Terrigal Trojans Rugby Club.

Donna Bevitt

Administration & Human Resources Manager

We secured the infamous Donna Bevitt -Financial Manager and HR extraordinaire. All Fired Up can’t even begin to express how thrilled we are to have the one and only Queen Donna Bevitt join the AFU family. Donna brings to the company many years of corporate management experience, incorporating Human resources management, Advanced Financial Management, and in addition WHS, RTW, Compliance skills and experience, that are unsurpassed.

Donna adds complete balance to the All Fired Up team with her caring, HR based and professional manner. Donna has a special talent for handling pressure and managing difficult workplace situations in a kind, yet on point way. Donna loves being a Nanny to her two grandbabies and is an all-round great person. All Fired Up hit the jackpot with Donna.

Keagan Robson

Service Manager

Born and bred on the Central Coast, Keagan joined the All Fired Up Team in 2021. Keagan is a fully qualified plumber and in addition completed a Certificate II in Fire Protection, inspection and testing in 2022. Keagan commenced plumbing apprenticeship in 2016 completing much of his time in Sydney on large scale EBA commercial buildings. Keagan is one of the youngest Service managers in the industry Keagan was appointed in early 2024, being promoted from Fire technician – Wet Systems.

An avid soccer fan, Keagan currently plays premier league soccer on the central coast! Keagan loves to travel and has visited over 20 countries. A very friendly guy with a great sense of humor, he is a trustworthy team player and an integral part of the All Fired Up Fire safety family.

Tim Stone

Accredited Practitioner Fire Safety

Tim joined All Fired Up in 2019, having progressed from a fourth year electrician to currently our young achiever taking on the role of Accredited Practitioner Fire Safety in 2024, after two years of being the service manager. Tim has completed studies in Fire safety assessment, and is QUALIFIED in all measures (as opposed to transitional). He is forging ahead in completing his Diploma.

Tim has been nominated and been a finalist as a Young Achiever in the national Fire Protection Associations Awards.
A local guy, Tim was born in Gosford and grew up in the North Lakes area, and loves living on the Central Coast with his partner and two kids. Tim is a keen soccer fan, playing the game since he was a youngster, and has spent time giving back as a coach of the under 18’s.

Craig Hungerford

Fire Service Technician

Craig has extensive knowledge of the industry and has been in fire protection for over two decades, previously working for a large national Fire company, Craig brings vital experience to the team. Craig has completed a Certificate II in Fire Protection, inspection, and testing, and is qualified in Electrical Test and Tag.

Craig and his partner , and their 3 adult kids, have called the Central Coast home for over three decades. Craig is proud of his indigenous heritage. A massive South Sydney fan, Craig loves to stay fit, and has played master’s Rugby League for over 15 years with the Central Coast Bulldogs.

Sam

Sam Fitch

Administration and Finance Assistant

Sam brings to the team a background in Administration and holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and is the perfect complement to the admin team. Sam is a great organizer and master juggler; a very calm levelheaded personality Sam brings that serenity to the sometimes hectic All fired Up workplace. Sam grew up on the Central Coast and after spending time abroad in New Zealand, returned to the Central Coast to raise her young family. Sam is the proud mum and two boys and a young daughter. Sam is the guru of all areas of Finance, Accounts and Administration and is a perfect fit for All Fired Up.

Lily Wall

Administration and Compliance Assistant

A bright young star and the voice of All Fired Up on the phone, Miss Lily Wall is a true local, born in Gosford Hospital and growing up in the Kincumber area. Lily attended Kincumber High and lives in Kincumber with her family.

Lily joined All Fired Up in December 2020, with a background in administration and working in Real Estate strata management Lily has brought her skills to this growing industry and is keen on a career path in the Fire protection area, with a focus on Commercial Fire protection. Completing her Certificate III in Retail, this customer service background leads Miss Lily to be the perfect director of first impressions in AFU reception.

A confident positive young woman, Lily loves the beach, music festivals, socializing with friends, travelling and she enjoys all life has to offer.

Luke Sillaman

Fire Service Technician

Luke adds a new string to the All Fired Up bow with his experience working with marine suppression systems including testing and filling cylinders. Luke has worked onsite servicing marine fire and safety equipment; these skills are invaluable particularly with the work All Fired Up do with our local boating community. Luke holds a Certificate II in Fire Protection, inspection, and testing and is specialising his training in the field of fire door installation and inspection and is qualified in Electrical Test and Tag.

Making the move from Sydney a few years ago with his family, Luke is a father of three and loves the Central Coast lifestyle. He is a big Souths Bunnies fan and an avid fisherman. Luke enjoys the challenge and is keen to continue his career growth with All Fired Up.

Alex Matthews

Service Support - Electrical,
Emergency Evacuation Planning Specialist

Alex is a fully licensed electrician, completing his Electrical trade qualification in 2022. Alex completed a Certificate II in Fire Protection, inspection and testing in 2023. Alex is passionate about the gym, and a healthy lifestyle, he loves attending music festivals and is an avid Canberra Raiders supporter. Alex is thrilled to be working with the All Fired Up team and he brings with him an enthusiasm for the fire industry.

Adam Sacco

Fire Service technician – Electrical

Adam joined the AFU team in early 2023, a true local, born in Gosford, grow up in Terrigal.

As do many local kids Adam started his working life working at McDonald’s and whilst still at school, he worked part time washing dishes at a couple of local restaurants.

Displaying a drive to succeed Adam followed his dream to become an electrician taking on an electrical apprenticeship with a Sydney based company and after completing his apprenticeship, he worked for 6 years in electrical construction and maintenance. Adam has experience in the sustainable Energy arena, working in the reduction/Power Factor Correction industry, where he developed a unique skillset that led him into the fire protection area.

Adam loves the outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, and spending time with his partner and 3 kids proudly making Central Coast their home.

Nicholas Louridas

Fire Service Technician – Wet Systems

The All Fired Up team is thrilled to call Nicholas Louridas one of our own, after many years as an AFU subcontractor Nick joined the AFU team in 2023. Nick is a trade qualified plumber approaching three decades, with nearly two decades experience in the specific fire safety and protection industry. Fully Licensed, Nick also holds a certificate II in Fire Protection, inspection, and testing. Nick is also a qualified sprinkler fitter.

Nick specialty lies in testing, repairs, maintenance and compliance of sprinkler and hydrant systems, he is an expert in the field. Nic is qualified in Electrical Test and Tag.

Born, raised, and educated in Sydney, Nick is our All Fired Up Sydney “local” and has a beautiful daughter.

Phil Robinson

Fire Service Technician – Wet Systems

A long time local Phil moved to the Coast with his family as a toddler.

Entering the fire protection arena in 1997 and completed his fire sprinkler fitting apprenticeship in 2001.

Phil has a varied background working for small and large companies in construction enabling a unique perspective on fire safety installation, service and testing.

Growing up on the Coast he has the passion for the Coast community.

Phil is married with 3 kids and loves bodyboarding getting out in the water every chance he gets , he is  cricket fan, playing for both Kincumber and Lisarow Cricket clubs, Phil loves his footy and  follows the Paramatta Eels .

Harry-James

Harry James

Fire Service technician – Electrical

Harry joined All Fired Up in early 2025 in the role of Fire Technician – Electrical.
Born in the UK, Harry immigrated with his family as a toddler to Australia in 2001,settling at Lisarow on the Central Coast.
Harry attended Lisarow High School, leaving school to start his working life as a boat detailer, choosing a new direction in 2017 Harry took up his electrical apprenticeship with a local company and found his calling as an electrician. Harry is an avid soccer player and fan, loves camping, 4WD, anything outdoors, and spending time with his partner, son, and 3 dogs. Harry is an absolute asset to All Fired Up.
